Analyzing Representation of Emotional Terms in Emote and Computational Word Embeddings

We analyze the relationships between EMOTE, an English word database of emotional terms including 7 emotional dimensions in noun and 10 in adjectives, with pretrained vectors widely used in computational linguistics. Using PCA, we show the correlations between each dimension and find the most responsible dimension to the emotional dimension.
