Cognitive Ability and Demands Fit on Mental and Learning Work Ability of Older Adults

Abstract
We used objective measures of job demands and resources to examine the effects of cognitive ability (i.e., reasoning and knowledge) and job demands fit on work ability of older adults. Polynomial regression and response surface analyses showed that fit mattered for perceptions of mental and learning work ability.
