Effects of Stress & Anxiety on Memory, Self-Efficacy, & Impulsivity Among Adolescents Ages 13-17

Previous literature has identified a correlation between stress and anxiety, self-esteem, memories, and impulsivity. This study investigated adolescents, ages 13-17. Past and present episodic memories using survey-based analysis were analyzed using emotional inductions. Results suggest that memory retention was higher with positive self-efficacy versus low self-efficacy while impulsivity was similar.
