Perception of Leadership through Drawings: Is a Child's Perception the Same As an Adults's?

This study focuses on two developmental stages, concrete operational and formal operations. By looking at these stages, this study examines the perception of leadership through fifth grade and college-level participants. The study of interest is to determine whether there is a difference in leadership perception by examining participants’ drawings.
