Abstract

Biased information processing could be key to emotion dysregulation in social anxiety disorder. Here, participants experienced a social stressor to assess how attentional biases and ruminative tendencies impact anxiety-relevant stress recovery. Preliminary analyses revealed a trend suggesting that poor attentional flexibility and rumination may be associated with poor stress recovery.
