The Effects of Autonomy and Growth Mindset on Burnout: The Questions of Whether, When, and How

Abstract
Providing students with autonomy and nurturing their growth mindset have been seen as important keys to well-being. Results from two studies conducted in Korea (Study 1; N=85) and Hong Kong (Study 2; N=98) demonstrated whether and when autonomy and growth mindset are conductive to reducing burnout through facilitating stress-reduction.
