Validation of a Dimensional Approach to Assessing Addictive-like Eating in Adolescents

Abstract
The Yale Food Addiction Scale 2.0 for Children (YFAS-C 2.0) was developed to reflect changes in the diagnostic criteria for substance use in the DSM-5. This research explores if the YFAS-C 2.0 is a reliable and valid scale to measure food addiction in a non-clinical sample of adolescents.
