Abstract

With the drive to decrease spending, downsize, and incorporate temporary workers, organizations become places of constant high tension. This study looked beyond the psychological environment to the significance of physical surroundings at work. Results showed that office temperature, noise, and cleanliness predict workplace incivility, which leads to physical health issues.
