Abstract

Two-wave data from 481 Korean employees showed that role conflict had a conditional indirect effect on professional (in)efficacy through negative affect depending on the level of cognitive reappraisal. Mindfulness did not moderate the effects of negative affect on burnout, but had main effects on exhaustion and cynicism factors of burnout.
