Literacy Intervention for Struggling Readers - Knowledge Mobilization in Our Communities

Abstract

This study explored academic achievement change and development in children with reading difficulties through a spring literacy program. A mixed methodological approach was utilized for quantitative achievement data and qualitative interviews. Results indicated that the program alleviated reading difficulties and offered support for future literacy development in vulnerable readers.
