Abstract

The current study examined the relationship between citizenship, counterproductive, and cybersecurity work behaviors. Results indicated that positive cyber behaviors are related to organizational citizenship behaviors, and risky cyber behaviors related to counterproductive work behaviors. This research has implications for understanding how cybersecurity behaviors fit into more traditionally studied work behaviors.
