Impact of Menopause on Women’s Work and Well-Being

Abstract

This study examined the impact of social identity-related impression management strategies that menopausal women engaged in at work. The moderating effects of self-care on impression management strategies, work outcomes and life satisfaction were also examined. Findings indicated that approach and avoidance impression management strategies impacted work-related outcomes moderated by self-care.
