Children’s Conversations with Peers and Adults after a Transgression Event

Abstract
We compared children’s conversations with peers to those with adults after a transgression event. Few children disclosed the transgression in either interview. Significant differences were found in the language used (e.g., personal pronouns) and the length of the report during adult compared to peer conversations.
