To Live or to Leave? the Effect of Mind Perception and Judgement Strategies on Decision Regarding Life Sustaining Treatment

Abstract
The research examined participants’ judgement regarding life sustaining treatment in chronic vegetative state (PVS). Based on mind perception evaluation and different judgement strategies, the participants were asked to rate the extent to which they choose to increase, maintain or terminate life-sustaining treatment of hypothetical patients in three levels of severity.
