Predicting Cluster B Personality Disorder Characteristics in Men and Women Based on Early Maladaptive Schemas

This study fills gaps in research by examining whether the relationship between schemas and cluster B personality disorder characteristics differ by gender. Results show the insufficient self-control schema was a common predictor of cluster B PDs for women. For men, there were no common EMS predictors across cluster B PDs.
