Anxiety Sensitivity, Depression, and Traumatic Beliefs Associated with Severe Weather Phobia

We examined psychological factors associated with severe weather phobia (SWP) and weather-related PTSD in a non-clinical sample (N = 553). Participants with heightened anxiety sensitivity were more likely to report severe weather phobia symptoms whereas individuals with greater depression levels reported more weather-related PTSD symptoms.
