Abstract

The literature has not identified how to best implement multidisciplinary chronic pain management. Survey results reveal that primary care providers are somewhat satisfied with a process including a pain agreement; however, it is not followed consistently. Lack of understanding of other providers’ roles is a barrier to utilizing team-based care.
