Abstract
Non-cognitive factors like self-efficacy, motivation, perseverance, and time management help students in the transition to college. Current models (Farrington et al., 2013) suggest that these skills are influenced by school context. This study used multilevel SEM to investigate how high school climate related to non-cognitive skills and grades in college.
