Abstract
Which goals do adolescents find most important during their transition in to young adulthood? Our longitudinal study shows educational and career goals are initially emphasized, but decline in frequency in the years after high-school graduation. Relational and financial goals increase in prominence over the five-year longitudinal span of our study.
