Abstract

National data from the 2011-2012 Schools and Staffing Survey and the Common Core of Data was used to examine differences in risk for stress between teachers in racially congruent and incongruent schools. Participants were 34,570 teachers and factorial ANOVA (teacher racial/ethnic group by school racial/ethnic group) analyses revealed significant differences.
