Abstract

Pregnancy intendedness was not related to the ratio of hassles over uplifts during the first trimester (R²=.05, p=.561). Acculturative stress significantly moderated the relationship between pregnancy intendedness and negative emotional valence, such that women with planned pregnancies and high acculturative stress report more negative affective emotional valence.
