Abstract
Cortisol reactivity was differentially related to executive attention performance in adolescents with depression only compared to healthy controls and adolescents with comorbid depression and anxiety. Greater cortisol reactivity was associated with worse executive attention in adolescents with depression only and with better attentional performance in depressed adolescents with comorbid anxiety.
