Abstract

In career study, it was known that attachment influenced career self-efficacy (Lee et al., 2012). However, in japan, there was no studies of relationships between attachment and career self-efficacy. 275 Japanese college students participated in survey. As results, parental attachment influenced adolescents' career self-efficacy, and career self-efficacy influenced career explorations.
