Profiles of Hope: How Hope Relate to School Variables

Four clusters based on the agency and pathways subscales of the Children’s Hope Scale were derived via cluster analysis and differences across demographics and several psychosocial variables were examined. Results indicated that students with different hope profiles differed across race and outcome variables with high-hopers having most adaptive profile.
