Abstract

The Reid Background Check Plus (Reid BCP) is an online personnel assessment designed to assess high-risk work dispositions and job-relevant occupational characteristics of digital-age job applicants. A meta-analysis of 34 studies supporting the five dimensions of the Reid BCP produced an encouraging mean ρ = .47.
