Technology Assessment: "Smarter" Selection?  An Expert Panel on Technology, AI, and the Future of Personnel Assessment

In partnership with the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), this invited panel brings together three experts in personnel assessment (e.g., employee selection). They will discuss the science and practice of assessment using modern technology (e.g., AI, virtual methods, social media), including implications for psychometrics, fairness, accuracy, and human reactions.
