Mental health resilience grounded in emotional intelligence and healthy interpersonal relationships can create a pathway to transformational and sustainable change. This symposium presents research examining emerging adults’ responses to their environment and a model for strengthening self-efficacy, resilience, and communication, underscoring humanity’s cross-cultural need for emotionally coherent, relationship-centered leadership.
