Stress and Mental Health Problems In Youth: A Developmental Mixed Methods Approach
This symposium explores the complex interplay between stress and youth mental health, focusing on the key developmental period of university life. Four studies examine recognition and help seeking, subjective stress experiences, stress sensitivity’s link to suicidal ideation, and stress inoculation for resilience. Findings aim to inform interventions for vulnerable populations.
