From Self-Control to Reward: Neural Dynamics of Approach and Avoidance Motivation
In recent decades, there has been increasing interest in research on the psychophysiology of approach and avoidance motivation. This symposium brings together research that has addressed the role of self-control, aversive and appetitive stimuli, alcohol-rewards cues and rewards pursuit in the context of approach and avoidance motivation.
