Promoting Youth Health Via Digital Intervention: Four Studies at Different Stages of the Intervention Development Framework
Our studies reflect diverse but integrated perspectives on using theory/evidence to develop and test digital health interventions for youth. Results support the importance of cultural adaptations, value of considering stress and executive functioning, most effective types of triggers, and the benefit of engagement in digital elements for intervention efficacy.
