Future Thinking and Anxiety Disorders: Bridging Cognitive Science and Clinical Applications
Anxiety disorders are strongly linked to how we imagine (and remember) the future. This symposium brings together basic and clinical researchers to examine future-oriented cognitions in the context of anxiety, spanning lifespan samples, randomised clinical trials, and experimental psychopathology, to advance a rigorous translational science of involuntary future thinking.
