Emotional Foundations of Goal Engagement and Goal Adjustment
This symposium brings together theoretical and empirical perspectives to illuminate emotional foundations of goal engagement and goal adjustment. Contributions feature diverse emotional processes (emotion generation, regulation), emotions (positive, negative), methodological approaches (experience sampling, daily diary, experimental, longitudinal), and age groups (young adults, older adults).
