Abstract
This study aims to be the largest investigation of adverse effects (AEs) following psychedelics, employing a mixed-methods longitudinal design (N=800 cross-sectional, N=400 longitudinal). The novel 242-item Comprehensive Assessment of Psychedelic Challenges will be included for validation. Meditation-related AEs serve as a comparator, with findings expected to inform treatment best practices.
