Integrative Science Symposia (ISS)
What determines how people spatialize time in their minds? Previous research highlights how cultural attitudes and practices can determine the direction of mental timelines. Here we show that the way we use our hands determines the flow of time in our minds, in combination with linguistic and cultural factors.
