Exploring Health, Well-Being and Financial Stress In Post-Baccalaureate Students at Research-Intensive Institutions

Abstract
The gradSERU survey of 20,000–30,000 post-baccalaureate students examined health, mood, support awareness, and financial stress. Findings show notable mental health concerns—depression, anxiety, loneliness—and financial strain, especially for housing and food insecurity. While most students know where to seek help, research should further explore factors like supervision, program climate, and discrimination.
