An Analysis of Turkish Psychology Students' Perceptions of Pseudoscientific Claims

Abstract

This research explored how Turkish psychology students perceive pseudoscientific assertions regarding mental functioning. Among the pseudoscientific claims most endorsed by the participants were family constellations (44%), the ten percent myth (36%), NLP (42%), graphology (36%), subliminal manipulation (63%), and chromotherapy (36%).
