Abstract

The study explored the relation between mental health and work behaviors, employing both Latent Class Analysis to capture qualitative burnout patterns and the cumulative burnout score to reflect quantitative differences in severity along a continuous spectrum among 4,662 preschool teachers (87.3% female, Mage = 40.27).
