Trauma-Informed Goal Management Training: A Cognitive Remediation Program Delivering Broad Benefits In Post‑Traumatic Stress

Abstract
We developed and evaluated TIGMT, a trauma-informed version of a cognitive remediation program, with adults experiencing traumatic stress (n=21). Participants completed clinical interviews, cognitive tests, and standardised self-report measures at baseline and post. Improvements in trauma symptom severity (PCL-5 p=.002; CAPS-5 p=.005) and other outcomes support feasibility and potential efficacy.
