Abstract
Adolescents’ increasingly digital lives may heighten risk for stress, sleep problems, and internalizing symptoms, especially when parental monitoring and offline relationships are weak. This exploratory longitudinal study follows 10–17-year-olds and parents over three months to test how diverse digital activities and family digital climate jointly predict youths’ socioemotional adjustment.
