Abstract

We propose a person-centered approach to identify profiles using the six types of behavior regulation underlying motivation to be non-prejudice. Using archival data, we conducted a latent profile analysis and identified a six-profile model with the best fit. Implications for understanding motivation to be non-prejudice and its effects are discussed.
