Abstract
We present the results of a large-scale, community-based effectiveness study of recidivism among men convicted of domestic violence (DV) and court-mandated to complete a DV group intervention. Men in ACTV had significantly lower rates of recidivism one year after beginning treatment compared to men in TAU (Duluth and/or CBT programs).
