Abstract
Help-seeking behavior plays a critical role in the treatment process for mental illness but research is needed on the cognitive correlates of help-seeking. Through a prospective longitudinal design, this project will assess the relationship between cognitive flexibility and help-seeking attitudes, intentions, and behaviors in college students at a U.S. university.
