Abstract
This study examines how media narratives shape public perceptions, beliefs, and moral reflections about serial killers. Using interviews, focus groups, open-ended questionnaires, research explores how individuals interpret media influence, assign meaning to fascination or fear, and evaluate ethical questions surrounding punishment, rehabilitation, and public safety in cases involving serial homicide.
