Abstract

Recent data show undergraduate students no longer score above average on intelligence tests. Across two large samples using the Wonderlic Personnel Test and Shipley-2, mean IQs were 101 and 103, matching the general population. The long-held belief in superior undergraduate intelligence is outdated and obsolete.
