Abstract
We investigated resilience dynamics across adulthood in a 3-year longitudinal study with N=738 participants (Mage=29.4). Resilience was operationalized as lower stressor reactivity, quantified via residualization. Of 40 psychosocial constructs, two-thirds predicted resilience, revealing both stable and dynamic associations with linked within-subject changes. Results provide novel evidence for adaptive resilience processes.
