Innovating Youth Mental Health: VR-Enhanced Identity-Based Transdiagnostic Therapy for Anxiety and Depression

We propose a multi-center randomized clinical trial to test a VR-enhanced Identity-Based Transdiagnostic Therapy (IBTT) for youth anxiety and depression. IBTT integrates repertory grid assessment and personalized VR identity exploration. The study will compare IBTT with the Unified Protocol to examine effects on symptoms, treatment engagement, and identity-related processes.
