Abstract
This study used ecological momentary assessment and dynamic structural equation modeling to clarify proximal and distal associations between affect, stress, impulsivity, alcohol craving, and alcohol use at multiple time points throughout the day. Findings provide a nuanced understanding of associations contributing to drinking with implications for targeted alcohol use treatment.
