Abstract

In 718 firefighters (97% male, M age = 38.61), global sleep quality (PSQI scores) correlated with anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms. Using validated clinical measures, poorer sleep showed moderate associations with all three outcomes, supporting sleep as a key risk factor in this population.
