Abstract
This study examined associations between parental cannabis factors, motives, and emerging adult cannabis outcomes among 345 Canadian emerging adults. Results from two models revealed that perceived parental cannabis use and coping motives were significant correlates of both cannabis consequences and cannabis use disorder, highlighting intergenerational influences on problematic cannabis use.
