What Does Good Supervision Look like? Insights from Employees with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities

Following the ‘nothing about us without us’ paradigm, this exploratory study fills a critical research gap by examining (in)effective supervisory behaviors from the perspective of employees with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Using reflexive thematic analysis, it identifies how supervisory interactions shape their sense of support and effectiveness.
